The NUPOC students of SDSU were assessed as Below Average during their most recent fire drill.
The results are included in Enclosure A.
Later this summer the NUPOC Students from SDSU will conduct their fifth ORSE (Operational Readiness for Students Examination) in the previous 24 months. ORSE, typically a yearly examination, will be short cycled at the request of Professor Keith Morgan, a former ORSE Board member following his 47-month Engineer tour. Professor Morgan requested a short cycled ORSE (again) in order to maintain, “The highest level of warfighting and engineering readiness.”
“Overall, I am disappointed in these future NUBs ability to combat the simulated projector fire,” said Professor Morgan. “I didn’t even have a phone talker.”
Professor Morgan forced all JOs to muster in the conference room for a debrief. The SUBPAR GROUP is unable to confirm the exact number of table slams at this time.
To improve DC actions for NUPOC students across the country a POAM, to be released the week of June 13th, will detail corrective actions.
